3.2 Each Player may hold only one (1) Account. If you have previously held an Account that was closed for breach of these Terms, you may not open a new Account without written approval from jkt303 Customer Support.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jkt303 will treat all activity conducted through your Account as authorised by you. You must notify us immediately at if you suspect unauthorised access.
3.4 You warrant that all information submitted during registration and subsequently is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information is a material breach entitling jkt303 to close your Account and retain any Balance as damages.
3.5 jkt303 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.
4.1 Before jkt303 processes any withdrawal request, you must successfully complete our KYC verification process by providing the following:
4.2 KYC verification is typically completed within 1–3 business days of document submission. jkt303 may request additional documents if initial submissions are unclear or insufficient.
4.3 Your Account may be placed in a restricted state — permitting continued gameplay but suspending withdrawals — until KYC is satisfied. jkt303 shall not be liable for any losses arising from such restrictions.

5.3 Deposits via bank transfer are typically credited within minutes during banking hours (09:00–21:00 WIB Monday to Saturday). Deposits outside these hours may take longer depending on inter-bank processing schedules. jkt303 bears no liability for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
5.4 jkt303 does not currently impose deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, which are your responsibility.
5.5 If a deposit is incorrectly credited to your Account as a result of a technical error, jkt303 reserves the right to reverse the erroneous credit at any time. You must not knowingly exploit such errors and must report them immediately to Customer Support.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name and matching your KYC records.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. There is no fixed maximum, although large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced due-diligence checks and staged processing at jkt303's discretion.
6.3 Typical processing times are as follows:
Times quoted are estimates only. jkt303 does not guarantee same-day withdrawal processing and shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure.
6.4 jkt303 reserves the right to request further KYC documentation before releasing any withdrawal of Rp 10,000,000 or above, or where unusual account activity is detected.
6.5 Withdrawals will not be processed where a player's Balance consists wholly or partially of Bonus Credits that have not yet met the applicable Wagering Requirement.
6.6 jkt303 does not currently charge withdrawal fees. Any charges imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider remain your responsibility.
7.1 jkt303 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and referral rewards. Full details, including Wagering Requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and validity periods, are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Credits must be wagered at a minimum of 30 times (30x) the bonus amount before the resulting Balance becomes withdrawable. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus requires Rp 3,000,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal.
7.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally toward the Wagering Requirement:
7.4 Maximum Bet. While Bonus Credits are active, the maximum stake per bet or spin is Rp 200,000. Bets exceeding this limit will result in cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived f rom such bets.
7.5 Bonus Validity. Unless stated otherwise on the promotion page, Bonus Credits expire 30 days after the date of crediting. Any unmet Wagering Requirements and associated Bonus Credits will be forfeited upon expiry.
7.6 jkt303 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has already accepted the bonus, the Player may retain any Bonus Credits already credited, subject to the original Wagering Requirements.
7.7 Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. Any Player found to be exploiting promotions through irregular betting patterns, arbitrage, or collusion will have their bonus cancelled and may have their Account suspended.
7.8 jkt303 reserves the right to limit the number of bonus offers available to any individual Player and to exclude specific Players from promotional programs at its discretion.
8.1 All sports bets placed on jkt303 are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport and market, as published in the Platform's sportsbook help section. In the event of a conflict between those sport-specific rules and these general Terms, the sport-specific rules shall prevail in respect of bet settlement only.
8.2 jkt303 offers football betting markets covering BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and AFF Cup (Piala AFF), among many others. Available market types include, but are not limited to: 1X2, Over/Under, Asian Handicap, Both Teams to Score (BTTS), Correct Score, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets.
8.3 For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) products available on the Platform, draw results are sourced from official, publicly verifiable draw feeds. jkt303 does not influence draw outcomes.

8.5 In-play bets are accepted at jkt303's discretion. We reserve the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets already accepted and confirmed before suspension will be honoured in accordance with the applicable rules.
8.6 All casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games such as Aviator, and virtual table games — use certified random number generators (RNG) or genuine live dealer streams. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are sourced from the respective game providers (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe) and are displayed within each game's information panel.
8.7 jkt303 shall not be liable for any losses arising from connectivity issues experienced by the Player during gameplay. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a server-side error on jkt303's infrastructure, the round will be voided and the stake refunded.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

11.2 jkt303's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim or series of related claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.1 Closure by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting Customer Support at . Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be refunded to your registered payment method following successful KYC verification.
13.2 Suspension by jkt303. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
13.3 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the Player will be notified by email. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the Account will be reinstated with any withheld Balance restored. If a breach is confirmed, the Balance may be forfeited in whole or in part as compensation for losses suffered by jkt303.

Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least 7 (seven) days before the changes take effect, except where urgent changes are required to comply with a legal obligation, in which case changes may take immediate effect.

14.3 Your continued use of the Platform after any amended Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure pursuant to Clause 13.1.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles as applied by the licensing jurisdiction under which jkt303 operates.
15.2 jkt303 is licensed and regulated internationally. Players located in Indonesia acknowledge that online gaming regulation is subject to ongoing legislative development in their jurisdiction and agree to comply with all applicable local laws in addition to these Terms.
15.3 In the event of a dispute between jkt303 and a Player, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via Customer Support. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.
15.4 Nothing in these Terms shall prevent jkt303 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where such relief is necessary to prevent immediate and irreparable harm.
